/* ==========================================================================
   Self-hosted Jost + Manrope — replaces the Google Fonts request.

   WHY. Google's font CDN was the one third party that loaded on EVERY page
   with no consent gate, so an EU visitor's IP reached Google before they could
   answer the CookieScript banner. It was also structurally hard to remove:
   chrome.css declares the 'brokersnest-fonts' handle as a dependency, so
   WordPress printed it even where a template dequeued it. Self-hosting removes
   the request entirely and keeps that dependency chain working — this file is
   registered under the same handle, so nothing else had to change.

   THE FILES ARE THE SAME SUBSETS GOOGLE WAS SERVING. Variable woff2, latin and
   latin-ext, with Google's own unicode-range values copied verbatim below.
   Downloaded once at build time (that is not a runtime request) and committed,
   so the theme has no external font dependency at all. One variable file per
   subset covers every weight the old request asked for: Jost 200-700, Manrope
   300-700.

   Coverage note: the latin subset does not include U+2192 "→", so the arrows
   in link labels fall back to a system face. That was equally true of the
   Google-hosted version — same subsets — so it is not a regression.

   font-display: swap matches the old request's &display=swap.
